My Bronco just started acting up tonight. It's idling really rough like it wants to killout, but when given the gas it starts to run fairly decent. Also at the same time this happened my brakes went out and I have to almost stand on 'em to get her to stop. I noticed when I stopped and got out of it, it had a real bad fuel smell out of the exhaust, I drove it home approx. about 10 min. and then got out of the truck and the smell turned to a burnt smell. Please help!!!
Ck your brake booster line. It might have broke or opened up and is creating a massive vacuum leak, causing it to run rich, and run like junk. Is the brake pedal hard?
Well I'll be Damned! I think I'd like to buy ya'll a beer or 12! I'm not a real "mechanical" type of guy, but that sonofabitch was unplugged from the throttle body. I thought for sure it was gonna be a hell of a ****load of money to fix that thing the way it was running. Thanks is an understatement guys. Ya'll rock!
Bryan
P.S. just to let ya'll know, It's cold as ****cicles down here in Louisiana.
Now, I'm not too sure that you can blame being deaf on you're grammar. Last time I checked, it doesn't take you're ears to read and write, but why would I "not" be okay with you being deaf!!!!
Anyways....
Thanks for the insight to the truck though. You're opinion and statements will not be ignored.
