I know you can buy the tire lettering pen to fix this, but I dont want white.
I would like to have a Yellow lettering(like the goodyear nascar tires you can buy). But they dont make that pen in anything but white.
Does anyone know what type of paint you can use on tires?
Thanks for the help/information. I tried to use a paint marker(one used for crafts and such) It went on good, but the next day I just touch it and the paint slid right off.
try to use the yellow marking liquid that junkyards use to mark parts they sell that stuff is pretty tough. Another thought I had that might work because it is rubber based is that stuff you can get from Home Depot or Lowes is called Plasti-Dip I have seen that come in red, blue, and yellow that might work good since it is flexible
Go to your local parts store and buy a can of yellow upholstery paint. This stuff works on rubber and plastic. Spray the paint into a small cup and use a paint brush to paint on letters.
