Hey guys. Has anyone ever purchased one of the tire and wheel packages that are advertised in the truck magazines? If you have how did everything work out? I'm looking at a tire and wheel package now but am wondering if things go as smoothly as the ad claims. Thanks for any info.
yo 4fords,
Our local tire dealer (privately owned store and shop) beat all the on-line stores (incl. tire wack) on gy 32's for our 96 bronco. He included McGard locks and top-of-the-line valves and caps (the hex type stainless caps). Also rotates for free every 3500 to 4000 miles and throws in a free balance once-a-year. This is a great cost savings over the on-line stores aside from the total installed price.
So, shop around locally first for installed prices at priv owned stores.
Be well!
