Lean codes on both banks typically indicate a major intake or vacuum leak, but can also indicate a dirty MAf sensor. The best course of action is to clean the MAF sensor, and then replace any questionable vacuum lines. The intake manifolds gaskets are a common failure, so if there are no vacuum leaks and the MAF isn't the cause, the intake manifold gaskets will need to be replaced.

Ditto Bear's advice, have had a couple leak by the FI O-rings, so check them and if you do the intake manifold gaskets , replace the O-rings.

I ended up making a smoke machine for the last leaker (couldn't locate leak)
