replacing steering wheel tricks?

I've got a new steering wheel for my 92. Will borrow a steering wheel puller. However, how do I get the cover off? Are there clips or latches on the bottom or top? In other words, what's the trick?

I'm not sure on the '92 but the '93 you just grab and pull the cover off. That is how I pulled the one off for my truck.

Just to close the loop, in case anyone uses search on steering wheels, all I had to do was slide the inside part straight back.

New steering wheel looks great, doesn't have a two holes drilled for the steering wheel puller, don't know how I'll get it off next time. Hope this wheel lasts 17 years like the last one.
