I was driving home yesterday, and there is a backway short cut I take to avoid a couple PITA traffic lights. The road is paved, but really broken and rough in spots. Anyway, as I was driving on it, I lost all power. There is a 90° right at the end of the road, so I muscled through it, and stopped at the side. I immediately thought CPS. I tried cranking, and it spun great, just no fire. I turned it off, sat a minute, and tried again. Still nothing! But wait!! What's this?!! My F5 was not lit!! I checked, and the cable had shaken itself loose from the switch!! Plugged it back in, fired right up, and life is good again!!!
Haven't seen anyone else have this problem yet. So if it happened to me, it could happen to you!!

Reason: spell check!
Glad you figured this out Don. We all know that if you take the F-5 controller off, you get no start. I am sure this has happened to some on here, but like you they figured it out.
If your F5 switch is disconnected your truck will die and not start back because it automaticly sets the truck to position 0 which is nostart, trust me when I first got DP I was playing with it in my hand and shut the truck off.
