gem 98 expedition - TN
98 expedition,battery draw-new battery did not fix problem....Mechanic told me possible problem with gem, he couldn't be sure and no gem available to test. Tried local ford dealers, part no longer available....? isn't there an upgraded part... or is the gem even the problem ? No other problems with electrical systems just drawing 1.8v when car is off, i believe it should be drawing .2v help
