When I try to access the "-2.3L Dis Igni tion System Diagnostic" link in the above post that Hometown web server was shut down. Is there any other access to the information?

or do a Google search on that topic. I'm trying to recall the content of that page but draw a blank. Some interesting stuff comes up on the search. Some of it may tell you what you are looking for.
Its somewhere between unfortunate and terrible for s site owner to shut down a site and not allow authors retrieve their work before the actual shutdown occurs. From the sounds od some of the comments on the closed webpage, a lot of contributors are very upset about the way the shutdown was handled.
