Trouble with PMs

Trouble with PMs
Hey anybody out there that can help me. On FTE my PM messages are kind off confusing me. My inbox says Im full. But i have been deleting quite a few an it says I have 15 messages but my PM box says Im full yet. Any ideas on what could be going on here. As I understand it when you send an recieve messages it counts as the same. Sorry i know this shouldnt be posted here but I thought i would try it out. Thanks for any help.

Go to your PM page. In the middle of the screen is a box that says "folder control." In that box, select 'sent messages' in the drop down menu and delete these. you should be fine. Option 2 is to become a supporter and then you can have up to 250 messages.

If you still have problems after following Stu's suggestion, go to "misc" in the gray control bar at the top and select "support" from the drop down menu. You can then fill out a trouble ticket.
