Cat or Turbo Back?

Hello all, i just purchased a 2005 F-350 PSD, auto, crew/shrt box. The first thing i want to do is install a new exhaust system. I want something that wont cause too much drone in the cab. Is it worth going for the turbo back vs the cat back systems? What brand would you all recomend? The only other mods i will do for performance will be a tuner, im assuming a 4 inch system should suffice?

Turbo back, I did just the cat back. I noticed no performance gains. Turbo back big difference and nice and quiet.

MBRP down pipe and cat delete pipe is all you really need for using only a tuner.
