strange heater....

Found a 78 Custom in the JY this weekend and it had a high output heater, but also on the right side of the controls there was another switch. It looked Ford, and had the numbers 30 and 40, or maybe 20 and 30 on it, can't remember. What is that for? thanks

sounds like its in the location of the fuel tank switch, but I don't know what the numbers would mean...

The switch is actually in with the heater controls, just to the right of the temp-select levers. Same style **** on it as the fan switch.

On pick ups that is usually the fuel tank selector switch and on Broncos it's the rear window up/down switch. The numbers don't ring a bell with me either.

Could it be the size of the tanks? I thought they were factory, but maybe not now. It is a pickup, long bed.
