IWE solenoid

OK, I found the solenoid and it seems to be operational. The hup that isn't unlocking is getting vacuum. Has anyone changed the IWE actuator at the hub?? If so what is involved? Any help would be greatly appreciated - it's killing me in gas mileage having to drive with the hubs locked all the time. Thanks!!

Good afternoon. Hope this post is catching the attention of someone who can help.
My 2008 Expedition Ltd. makes a frightening noise when accelerating from idle speed and when travelling in 2WD. There is no such issue when 4WD is used. Today I drilled the problem down to the IWE solenoid which is visibly damaged.
Now here is my problem. The part number is 7L14-9H465-BA. I have spend the whole day on searching the Internet for this part number but was not able to identify it.
Any advise on where to purchase the item (ideally from a dealer who is willing to ship to Germany) or for what item I should search is greaty appreciated.
