hypertech max energy or econ
i have been looking at the hypertech "max energy" and the new "econ" programmers. a local aftermarket truck dealer advised that both would result in better mpg, with the energy programmer giving the most hp and tq. i am only looking for the mpg, but hp and tq are always useful. the econ programmer states better mpg during half throttle, which i see working fine for me as i dont really drive the ex to fast, bout 70mph on highway with the cruise control on. any of you guys have any idea which way you would go? i would buy the max energy if you think mpg would be about the same with light throttle driving.
