I finally got the vin number for the truck I ordered. Thought I would drop a note letting everyone know some changes that I noticed.
First, the truck I ordered is a white F350 156 KR SRW Dsl.
*I added the Lariat ultimate pkg which included the following:
-powerslide moonroof
-voice activated navigation w/ sirius sat radio and travel link
-memory group
-adj gas/brake
-rear view cam
-universal garage door opener
-tailgate step
*20" KR wheels (18" if not selected)
*Sync (standard equipment)
*4x4 off road
*SOTF
*PTC supplemental heater
*Engine block heater (standard equipment)
*Reverse vehicle aid (standard equipment on Lariat)
*Winter frost grill cover (standard equipment)
*Dual altenators
*Stabilizer pkg
*Traction control
*Roof clearance lights
*Bed extender
*Tow pkg (standard equipment on Lariat)
*Upfitter switches
New options:
*Mud flaps
*Bug shield
*Remote start
Tire Pressure Monitoring System or TPMS, SOS system are both standard. The trailer brake power band is also viewable in the message center. KR molded step board is lit again for 2009. The headlamps will turn on automatic if you run the windshield wipers for longer than 20 sec, called the rainlamp. Through Sync, the truck will run diagnostics...and with the spring updated software release, contact your ford preferred dealer with info and log appointments with reminders (cellular phone and service required). They have increased the sound damping material thickness and insullation in the floor, back cabin wall area.
Anyway those are the changes for my specific truck I noted. I have an F450 KR as well so these stuck out when I finalized my dora.
WOW, sweet truck. Talk about LOADED! So I have a question, do they offer the huge rebates and invoice pricing etc on a truck you order like they do for a truck thats sitting on the lot? How much does a truck optioned like this cost? I looked at one similar last weekend at Dale Jarret Ford and the MSRP was over $61K OMG! Thats a house payment when only financed for 72 months LOL Wonder if they could finance that for me for 30 years LOL
I don't have the heated seats or shift on the fly or power sliding window.
I didn't need half of the options on this truck BUT it was wifeys turn to pick out our next car, she has only drove it twice to work is 6 months so its my toy now.
The MSRP came out to over 61k but the dealer knocked 7,500 off plus any rebates or dealer incentives that are current at the time I actually take delivery. I will post pics once I lay my hands on it. I'm shoving my 450KR into the business and it will be my foreman's truck.

Nice truck. I just got my black-on-black 09 FX4 SRW SuperCrew F350 LB. FX4 Luxury Pkg is SWEET. The list of options I got cost more (MSRP) than my wife's Saturn.
