Good person to talk to if you're looking for a house is Tom Blain with Black Hills Brokers. Might remember him from Bible Fellowship.

I remember him. Didn't Tom and family move to Montana for a while?

Yes, but they have been back awhile now. Business is listed as Black Hills Brokers.

Good deal. I think the left right before I left. Right now I am staying put. That might change shortly. Anyway they wanted be out there and working the 9th of December - 1 week or the 24th of December - again I am working through Christmas no problem... But at least we had family time planned.

Wouldn't let me start after the 1st of the year.

If you haven't been here for awhile, it's gotten bigger.

Yes it has. I moved away from Rapid 10 years ago, its changed quite a bit. I miss it. But about the only thing and I mean only thing I like about Pierre is the fact that I am 3 hours drive from anywhere in this state.

True. If the neighbor across the street would let me cut his trees down I would have a view of the river.
