The OEM parts don't have grease fittings. The Moog joints do. They are my preference as well.

Xrf

I've been very happy with these. Good quality and about 1/2 the price of Moog.

I'm 97% sure Moog makes the Motorcraft Joints.

And they are less money then Moog from me.

I called the warehouse and confirmed they have zert fittings and are greaseable.

i put moog ball joints in my truck. i like 'em. i got mine from here---Ball Joint Moog - 1995 Ford F-250 - AutoPartsWarehouse.com

i would think the motorcraft ball joints would be good as long as they are greaseable, but everyone has their personal preferences.
