interior lite staying on?

my interior lite and running board lamps have been staying on after i shut the doors and arm it, and my door ajar lite is on , the back dome doesnt come on so im prettys sure its not the cause. were are the sensors located for the doors front and rear?? if i pull the fuse for a few mins to the interior lites it seems to reset it and works fine again, but i did this like 3days ago so its back again??

Spray your door latchs with a little WD-40. Besure to do them all (Rear hatch and window). This is a common problem and the WD-40 takes care of it.

The back dome has a three position switch - always off, on, and on with the doors. What it is doing isn't related to your issue because it sounds like it is in the off position. The WD40 is the solution.

You may need to spray them a few times, the switch that turns your lights on when you open the door is mounted to the door latch. These can get dirty and gummed up over time causing them to stick. That's where the WD-40 comes in to play, it lubricates them to get them working again. You'll want to try to spray the WD-40 into the inner workings of the latch, and not just the outside of it. I lubed my pretty liberally the first time and haven't had problems since.

that door ajar lite came on again today, possible these switches go bad?? ive sprayed a good amount of WD in the latches, for the rear its just a spring loaded latch on each side of the door right? why would pulling the fuse for like 5mins make it work fine for a day or 2??

Make this a part of you routine service and this headache can be prevented. I do this to all of mine every 3-4 months or at each oil change.
