i dont think 350's had coils did they. until mabye 2006 or so. someone else might know better. i wouldnt think they would be interchangable though since 350's are so much heavier duty.
this was gone over a few months back. i havent done it yet, but supposedly f250/350 front coils from a 2wd (4wd has front leaf springs) will work in a f150 4x4, and i have heard anywhere from 1-3 inches of lift.
If you get F-250 or F-350 coils in your F-150, it will raise the front and give you a stiffer suspension. F-150's 2wd and 4wd use the same front coils.
you have to factor in how much your front suspension is sagged and how much the donor is sagged..it doesnt necessarily give you much lift at all (less than an inch) rather than restore ride height.
Keep this example in mind...if you have a r/c s/b 4x4 with a 302 in it and the front springs are sacked right out and you go pull a fresher pair from a 3/4 ton with a 460 in it the 302 wont squish the springs down as far as the 460 would, also since they were fresh and your 1/2 ton ones were sacked they also restored origional ride height. Both those factors could gain you 3", but it may not be 3" over stock.
