Can worn or damaged Axle Pivot bushings cause one side of the truck to sit lower than the other by about 1/4"-1/2" ??
I was at a Local Drivetrain shop and the owner told me that bad bushings could cause this and could also be the reason my Left tire sticks out over 1" more than my Right. My frame dosnt look bent so im guessing that this is worth a try..
Worn bushings could definitely be the problem. Can't remeber what they cost (around $30.00??), but I would get a set of the Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings for your truck. Last longer and are just plain better than the rubber ones. If you're replacing these, you might as well replace all the others that you can with the urethane bushings. I did that while my 89 Bronco was apart to install the lift kit. Also, if you replace your radius arm bushings, replace the little white nylon spacer that's there - another cheap fix ($2.99 each).
