Great Site

I sure wish I would have known about this site sooner. This is great, everyone is helpful and there is a vast knowledge base here. I would love to get more hp out of my 7.3 without spending a lot of money. Any ideas?
thanks, desertdog

Welcome to the forum!

'Not alot of money' is subjective... for under $1000 you can get a 6637 air filter, a MRBP 4" exhaust and a DP Tuner. Probably you best bang for your buck.

On the other hand, if you only have a couple of bucks to spare, some flashy racing stripes will add untold HP.... so I'm told

like ken said intake programmer and exhaust would be good.....im kinda in the same boat as you...im in the process of upgrading my 6.0l this site has some sponsors that are amazing and im talking to one trying to make a deal for me to get a programmer....you could also do the easy stuff like put a 10k resistor on it which would give you a bit of performance for less than $10

Yep, I'm sure the racing stripes will help a lot. Less wind resistence right? That's what I told my nephew when he put them on his F-150.
