i know i had to cut cable and internet for most of 2007-and early 2008 (got it back just in time for football though) for obvious economic reasons, plus putting gas into my boat was more of a priority for me than tv and internet.....hopefully its nothing worse than that for him

I was doing a search on supersnakes posts and found he used to be "Old Tired Rebel", maybe he will return as that??????????? Does anyone know what that is about?

I didn't know you could change your name on FTE.

I always chuckle when I see people make a big announcement when they leave. To me, it just screams, "Look at me!" and is usually a ploy to get attention, sympathy, or pity.

If you're gonna leave, leave. If you're gonna stay, stay. But announcing it to the world is just self-serving.

How 'bout he has friends here and it is more about them...than him. I seriously doubt that Cliff gives much of a rat's butt about sympathy or pity. Or your interpretation of his possible motive. Good to know that you got a chuckle out of it though. We all need a reason to laugh from time to time.
