'91 2.3 specs
My ranger has a tick in the valvetrain, it has the 2.3l 4cyl with 8spark plugs, and I'm looking for a valvetrain specs so i can adjust the rockers and check a few other things to find/fix the problem.

If I am reading the Ford Truck Shop Manual correctly, there is no adjustment on the rockers. To test valve adjustment, you need to collapse the lifter and check the tappet gap with the desired clearance being between 0.040 and 0.050," the limits being 0.035 to 0.055. Beyond that, cleaning or replacement of the lifter or the rocker arm, especially if the roller seems loose.
