I have a 6" skyjacker lift on my 79 F250. If i add those Trailmaster-add-a-leafs on it , will i gain another 2" as it claims. Reason being i really wanna run 44" Boggers without hacking through this rust-free California body. I also have a 3" body lift.
i doubt the the add-a-leafs will do much of anything for you on the front, because the springs already have an arch to them, you could always get them rearched for more lift....
as for the rear, if you just have blocks, then you will get the 2 inches or so, if you have lift springs..the same thing applies as for the front
Add-a-leafs will stiffen the ride some. 1 add-a-leaf the rule of thumb is 1.5" of lift. 2 add-a-leads, 3".
