I just got my 1995 F150 4x4 back from the shop. They were replacing the front axle u-joints. The driver's side manual hub was a little tore up and the retaining clip was nowhere to be found. I decided to replace them before I needed four wheel drive. I bought Warn Premium Hubs (PN #20990). How hard are these to install? I took a look at the instructions and it doesn't seem too hard. Any tips/advice? Thanks!!
Otherwise I'd tell you to soak them with PB Blaster or similar and give the allen wrench a whack before you tried to undo the little screws.
Sometimes it's difficult to line up the little 'dogs'...like you need three hands.
