Question for Number Dummy:
ND I am trying help a friend of mine locate an extension housing bushing for 3 speed borg warner overdrive.He says the part # is B5A7034B.This is all I know!

(B3TZ-7A034-B replaced B3TZ-7A034-A due to a package quantity change in 1988)
Fits: 1949/72 Warner 3 Speed O/Drive's / 1949/62 & 1963/96 3 Speed Manual's / 1958/67 FX & MX C-O-M's / 1964/82 C4 C-O-M, yadda yadda yadda.

ND,the mechanic realized he had given me the wrong part number when I called him.He said the part number you gave will not work.He needs the bushing for a bigger yolk.He is working on 56 T-Bird with 312 engine!

Since this is the 1961/66 forum, what would I assume is the correct part number? And, there is no such part number of B5A7034B.
B5AZ7A034B .. Extension Housing Bushing / Obsolete

Does this 1956 T-Bird still have its original Overdrive transmission?
There's another bushing that was used on 1957 Thunderbirds & Ford's w/Overdrive.
B5AZ7A034A / 1 1/2" I.D. / 1 5/8" O.D. / .0625" wall thickness / 2.12" long.
Available from Ford as it fits other applications.
