i have the manual rear mirrors & the drivers side has become loose. around 70 mph it begins moving, anyone know how or if these can be tightened? when i took the mirror off it is a plastic knuckle with an aluminum ring allowing it to swivel but i did not find a bolt to tighten up. any ideas? thanks
