is the paint scratched deep to the metal? or you just have clearcoat scratched?
if its just a clearcoat you can buff it out,
if its clear coat and paint thats damaged you can attempt to do it yourself or get one of theose mobile touch up guys, they will do better job than most of us...
but in this case pix will help .....so we can guide you better...
it is Chestnut Brown and it is pretty deep but not to the metal... I tried Quixx scratch remover on a hidden place it kinda worked but I think I will just get some touch up tommorow at the dealer and just use a tooth pick tip and fill the scratch in. I took some photos but still cant figure how to attach on here I dont see any advanced butto on the page
well i just had a new addition on passenger side, a FU**** shopping cart, but i had a custommer and a security guard that were witnesses. s im getting King Kullen to pay for dent removal, you dont know how mad i was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they are not bad but i know they are there and thats all i see now is DENT...
so im going to get those dent guys, if i find a good one ill have them bang those out, and i just buff it out....
See it's like a virus!!! we start discussing solutions and bam you get a dent. I would rather have a dent then a scratch...but it still is a bummer for you. Maybe we will both get it resolved and not discuss it anymore.
If you can, purchase a cheapo airbrush and a can of air from a hobby shop. Purchase the touchup paint and use the airbrush to slowly fill the scratch, 2-3 coats let it dry then apply a couple coats of clear. Buff it and it will be almost invisable, I have tried the nail polish brush type touchup many times and it always looked just OK, after I discovered how easy it was with the airbrush ..... it was amazing with a little practice and if you get a little over spray, it'll wipe off with a quick wipe of acetone.
