I read a post elsewhere on the 'net about someone who ordered 46" gumbo's. that is one big tire. after awhile, wouldn't there be physical constraints on how big a tire can be? how could you drive a 46" tire? I've heard 44's are kinda hard to control, haven't had the pleasure yet...you guys have any thoughts on the prospect of a tire that gigondo? sounds to me like the 24" rim for nip rides-if you build it, SOMEBODY will buy it. is there some huge advantage to driving a 46" --is there mud somewhere that a 38.5 can't get thru, but a 46" can? I'm blown away.
I've seen different styles of the bigger tires, and some look almost streetable. I'm not sure about mud, but there are other things you can do with them, like this:
