Tuning... Needs some tuning. My setup's so radical its not a standard tune that has been burnt before.. It's going to be a long process getting it close until i can afford live tuning..

That should get your idle issues cleared up.
It sounds like a killer 10k mod. The ECU is struggling to maintain a steady idle with those huge injectors.
Too many fancy parts for me to start guessing, but thinking back to the old days, if you had too big a lope at idle you could turn the rpm's up to smooth it out at a light. Can you wire in a high idle switch to see if that helps?
