Question

I have a Weight question.

How much does the 7.5L (460) and the 7.3L Power Stroke weigh? Which one is heavier???

The power stroke will weigh more, Diesel engines are built much heavier/stronger then a gas engine is to handle the much higher pressures they must endure.

So in that case, are there any differences between the leaf springs under the front end of a 7.3 & a 7.5? Or between an F-250 HD and a F-350 HD?

I just read in article where some swapped a 7.3 from an 02 SD into a Bronco. Said the engine weighed 983 lbs.

Yes, the front leaf springs are different for different engines. Diesel springs are much stiffer to handle the extra weight. Even if your truck has AC it takes different springs.
