lol almost everyone on my street has a con-ex or 2-3 we all know eachother and we all have crap in our yards. we're at like 20 cars/trucks. no issues though.
its the kind of street where a moose can go missing and the whole street has moose burgers the rest of the year if you catch my drift
it doesnt look too bad though, this was in sept '09

it is R1 there was a house for sale a few months ago w/ the same size lot. ach and 1/4 it sold for $650k i think. there was a empty lot at the start of the street it sold for around $198k it was alittle bigger though prolly 1.5ach. nothing else is for sale right now that i know of.

actually over 1 acre in anchorage is a pretty large lot.. i think im gonna have to get some land by sutton or willow, i would rather have around 50 acres.
