I was just at the FORD website...and using the "build your FORD" function. I was able to select Camel (Tan) as an interior color while selecting the $895 optional bucket seats with heater / cooler feature.
My exterior color was white, so it might just depend on the exterior color you choose. Because the grey interior was not selectable with white.
