Probably a very stupid question
What sort of aftermarket options are there for a more durable and better handling suspension (I learned to drive in a Camaro, and I am NOT accustomed to slowing down for turns).
I'm also interested in leveling kits... the bed-over-cab look doesn't appeal to me.
Any recommendations or comments on affordability?
Thanks
Also, I would suggest to sell your truck and buy something that more suits your driving style, or one time when you don't slow down to turn, you will be on your roof.
What model do you drive ? 4x4 or 2x4? regular cab? etc.
'94 F-150 XL, shortbed standard cab with 4.9 I6.
As for my driving style, I've been plotting to get a 66 Chevelle, but I can't afford one straight out. I'll be saving well into next year for that. In the mean time, part of that savings is going into my truck. I will enjoy the mods now and get my money back out of it at resale (maybe not all of my money of course, but enough to justify making the truck more fun in the meantime).
