which wheels?

I'm looking for some wheels. I sold my 78 and now its time to upgrade the 06. I'm debating on:

cragar soft 8 17x9 chrome
alloy ion 171 polished
pacer 164 polished
m/t classic 2. polished

I'd like to see some pics of these wheels on trucks. Thanks for your help.

I don't run aftermarket wheels on my 2005, but there are a couple of web sites that allow you to pick your vehicle and show various wheel on the vehicle.

American Racing: The Official Manufacturer Website of Custom Wheels

I believe that Tire Rack offers the same.

Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels

Of course, the American Racing site will only show American Racing wheels. Tire Rack will show any wheels they carry which fit the truck.

Hope this helps.

So i take it that on the new models u cant really go with a "deep dish" wheel. The wheels i ordered are 17x8.5. With a positive 25 offset. I was told that it will come out about a inch beyond the truck.

The ones on my truck are 18x8.5 with a +22 offset and they come out a little less than an inch from the truck. Depending on the type of wheel you can go to negative offsets. A friend of mine has a 0 offset on his wheel and the tires come out like 2 or 3 inches.
I know when I looked at the Motto Metals I could have ordered a +30 or +12 so it just depends on the wheel.
