clutch cylinder
Clutch cylinder was bone dry could not get truck out of gear to start, put fluid in and shifts fine now, what symtoms would cause the clutch cylinder to go dry, were could fluid be going or leaking from ?

Slave cylinder are bad about leaking on these trucks. Pull rubber plug on side of bellhousing see if it is wet in there if so then it is the Slave leaking. The clutch master can also leak usually you find fluid in the cab when that happens.
