motor mount towers
hello. i just pulled a 302 out of my '74 f 100 2wd. I'm about to put in a 351M. Will I have to change the motor mount towers? or will they work? i can't tell just by looking. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Its a direct fit. Altho you might have to loosen up the tranny mount to slide the tranny one way or the other a slight bit. I pulled a 302 out of a 70 F-100 and put it in my 79 F-150 4x4 and used 351M/400 towers.
Edit: Your trannies are different as you probably already know but the towers will work.
