need help with timing set

need help timing cams on a 2002 5.4. any suggestion. first time dealling with the overhead cam motors. please help.


Don't let the user name "caddykid" fool you that was from a dark part of my past, haha.
I have several fords around.
2002 expadition
1996 SVT Cobra "stang"
1964.5 Coupe "stang" w/ 351w warmed up to 450hp w/ 5 speed tremec.

There are 3 "copper colored" links on the timing chains. One is by itself,and the other two are one link apart. The single link lines up with the mark on the crankshaft timing gear,and the mark on the camshaft timing gear goes between the two that are one link apart.

I looked for any paint marks on the link and was getting discouraged because I could not find any but the different colored links make more sence, i will give it a try this afternoon.
