Tough question for sure on my part, but does anyone know or have reason to think 80-85 F250 460 2WD headers will fit on a 77 highboy with a 460? I don't want to even attempt it if no one thinks it might work. Too much work.
I have the headers just setting there, and if they don't fit this truck, they're going to be made to fit something.
The driver side fits with no changes and the passenger side needs some work. I cut all four tubes at the flange, not quite through, and I have to weld about a 3/16" pie piece in each one. They have to be moved towards the engine to tuck inside the frame.
Both sides clear everything well, and they hang high.
Not usefull info I know, but I get headers on my highboy for no extra cash outlay.
