[updated:LAST EDITED ON 30-Oct-02 AT 02:13 AM (EST)]Hey man I haven't read any postings about the LTB's but I have seen them in 4 Wheeler and off road magazines for a great price like you said so if you hear any reviews put up a posting.I would like to put a 4" Rough Country lift on my 92' F-150 4x4 and run the 33x13.5-15 on the 15x10 Eagle Alloy 554's I've already got.
If it helps, I'm putting a set on my f250 when I wear the old TRXUS out. There are some reviews out there. I don't have my printed copies with me to give links, but search "swamper ltb" on GOOGLE and you will find the reviews. There are also tire specifications listed on the Interco website.
The LTB is a bias ply tire, which is stronger and tougher for offroad, but has a bad reputation on the road. Supposedly they flat spot after sitting overnight, they are supposed to be extemely noisy and they are supposed to wander and follow tire ruts on the road.
However, if you, like me, are looking for a mean offroad tire and like the looks of the LTB, then all the above will not bother you.
I have read that the LTB is made in Mexico, which lets Interco build them less expensively. That bothers some, but my Interco TRXUS were also made in Mexico, and the quality control seems to be just fine.
