OK, I feel dumb asking this, maybe I'm just having a brain fart, IDK. With a suspension lift (I'm looking at a pickup that has a 6" lift) can I still pull a gooseneck horse trailer problem free?

Really depends on the angles and whatnot. If possible, back up to the trailer, and get an idea of how it'll work out.

JRuel is right it's just a height issue. For what it's worth with a lifted truck your better of with a gooseneck then a 5th wheel. The lower pivot point reduces the trailers ability to sway the truck from side to side.
