The head studs can be done in the truck without removing engine or heads.
Remove one bolt at a time in the torque sequence and replace before moving on.
Some of the studs are dificult. I have heard it can be done by loosening cab mounts on one side and jacking the drivers side up whie replacing the passenger side bolts/studs.
