OT mac log in problem

Hi guys! Hubby is on the road and can't log in from his Mac computer. Can anyone help with remote log ins? It will let him use his username and password but he never actually gets access.

Has he been able to login to FTE using his Mac in the past? Does he have problems logging into other sites such as banking, etc?

i'm not a computer guy but i have noticed that when using a mac some websites don't like safari as much so i also have firefox as a back up.
nice to hear you got it straightened out.
