yoke problem
I have a 1985 f-250 i switched rear ends i was not told untill i had the other one in but it came out of a dodge and the yoke won't fit mt u joint. Can i use the yoke from the old axel ? are they interchangeable from a dana 61 to a dana 60?

This will be easy. Just measure the diameter and width u-joint you need for the new rearend, and the driveshaft, and go to Napa. They sell all kinds of u-joints that are different one direction than the other. You can make almost anything fit. I believe I did a search on the web and at the spicer site, they listed all the u-joints they sell and their sizes. They have always had the adapter u-joint I needed.
Just make sure you rip the lid off the box after you are done, and throw it in the glovebox in case sometime in the future you need to replace it.
