someone blessed my 1992 f-150n 4.9 with water in my fuel tank. got out what i could, all but maybe a gallon. put three bottles of dry gas and ten gallons of new gas. new plugs and she still doesnt want to fire. is there another product i can use to get the rest out? any help please.
suppose you could try a heavy dose if IsoHeet...or is that what you meant by "dry gas"? You sure it was all water added, not a sugar 'solution'? May want to change the fuel filter too just to be safe (maybe 2 times...once before and once after awhile of running)
yeah it runs on starting spray. the plugs are wet, but water is always at the bottom of a gas tank. i changed the filter and i also have 60psi to the rail. sometimes it fires. spark is great, maybe it was sugar water
done this. it seems like the water js still between the filter and the plugs. i have cranked it to try to get it to fire with no luck. the plugs get wet with water????????? hit them with plug cleaner and put in, but still seems to have water
