OK, well in another thread I posted about PO430 and after a few responses, I've decided to try and replace the O2 sensor behind the cat at bank 2 (drivers side). First I checked for any exhaust leaks, and found none. So here is my question. It appears to me there are 2 cats under there, and they both lay under the drivers side. One is just before the muffler, and does not have an O2 sensor behind it. The other (which would be roughly right under the gas/brake pedal) does have one behind it and before the next on in the line. Is this considered the right one to target?
I snapped a couple pics, but they aren't real clear as to the location. It's really tight under there with my 220 lb body trying to maneuver a camera. Are there only 2 in the 2003 Explorers?
