I,too, have a Supercrew on order and have been told I would have delivery in early March. My next need is to find a cab high cap. Does anyone know of a manufacuter of a cap for the Supercrew?

A.R.E. is in the process of engineering caps and tonnaeu covers now. They started around March 31 and should have products in showrooms by the end of April to middle of May.

Cap for Supercrew

Just got my bright red Supercrew Lariet - great so far (BTW paid about $30,500.00 with bed liner and extender not including tax).

I am going to get a cab high cap as soon as I can find the right one. I like the Leer brand but the only model now available for the Supercrew is the low end; kind of chunky looking - it doesn't do the truck justice. I called up the marketing department at Leer and spoke to someone who told me they are designing a high end cap with Ford for the Supercrew available maybe in the fall. It will be much more in keeping with the style of the rest of the truck. I plan to wait for it.

Cap for Supercrew

This is kind of related. I ordered a tonneau cover from Leer for my Supercrew. I had to wait 10 weeks to get it and it didn't fit at all and the paint job was horrible (my truck is silver). A few days later I went to the Snugtop dealer and they had one in stock that was already painted to match. The fit was excellent and I am very happy with it. It was also $2 cheaper. Go figure.

I had a similar problem with Leer as my tonneau came in to the dealer cracked and they would not replace it. They insisted on a repair and repaint. I cancelled and ordered an ARE (www.4are.com) which came in 3 weeks and is perfect. Also it wraps over the plastic bed caps and looks great!
