NEW MEMBER Introduction Thread (NO TECH QUESTIONS)
Hello
Hello from Finland,
Just joined to the forum and looking forward to be apart of the community! Been lurking while 67-72 f100 section and thought that it's about time to join. Bought -72 F100 some time ago and also have -14 Raptor and now that Raptor is pretty much where i wanted it to be, it's time to start building f100. So most likely there will be lot's of asking questions on my side, so i'm sorry about that
Thanks

Hi Everyone!
I just purchased a 2002 Expedition. I have had quite a few Ford vehicles over the years. Depending on how things go I should be in the market for a 2011 - up (up to what I can afford) F250 diesel.
The Expedition had some issues and I got some good information from this site so I figured I would sign up and see if maybe some day I can help someone else with my experiences.
Have a great day

Hey guys and gals, I’ve got an f100 2wd 1978 in “ford colour pine-n-lime”. It’s got the Cleveland 351 engine currently/temporarily running on lpg (propane). This forum has been brilliant for me and hope I can contribute what I’ve learnt on this journey to building a reliable daily workhorse. I’m in Australia and even though I spell and sound funny and I can also speak American. 😉. Spent a few years in Talent, Oregon. That’s probably where the pickup truck first bit! Never joined a forum yet and have no idea where this post will end up, so this is a bit of an experiment. Thanks for reading!
New member, long time Ford owner
Hello FTE. I've gotten a lot of good info here regarding my 275,000 mile 2000 7.3 F350 and my recently purchased 145,000 mile 2001 V10 Excursion. Looking forward to contributing wherever I can.

1996 Ford Ranger Problems
I bought this 1996 Ford Ranger to go back and forth around the city and haul my lawn mowers. This turck jerks, sputters, jumps and shut off after driving it for 30 to 45 minutes. After the truck sit for a two or three hours or so, it will restart. This truck have stopped on me several times and restarted back up after several hours. I took this truck to a mechanic and he drove it a couple miles around his shop area and could not find anything wrong. Can anyone help me solve this problem? I have not done anything yet to fix the problem until I find out something about what is going on with the truck.

Welcome! That's a very cool pickup. Are they common in your neck of the woods? I'd like to see some more picks of the dashboard, as a left hand drive ford pickup is something I've never seen before! Was it a conversion, or was it LHD from the factory?
Are you located in New South Wales?
Thanks BioBurner! Hi mate, in Australia we were assembling them and adding a few of our own touches in the 70s. Mine came standard with the 351 Cleveland block and c6. I think mine was near the last year they actually made that combo in Geelong Victoria. It’s pretty cool in our trucksas the punch outs for things like steering wheel and pedal assemblies visible in the engine bay firewall.. So basically the bodywork came from the states like it could be made either lhd or rhd. All they had to do was make a steering column which looks pretty similar to our falcons Made here already. The dash fascia musta been made especially for them though. Just the plastic bits. The metal stuff is the same. Where your glovebox is our gauges go etc. it’s very hard to get a non cracked dash fascia here. Dash pads are same as yours as they are symmetrical. I’m in Sydney, NSW and we have quite a few here still kickin around. They used em as ambulances and the police used em to arrest you. Much more room in them than nowadays.. been in both them haha. I’ll see if I can dig out some pics of dash.
hello all from central PA
My husband and i are in the process of purchasing a 2012 F250 6.7l diesel. We just sold our 2002 7.3 Excursion so I've come here to see if you all can help me out with some questions. We will be "hopefully" picking her up this weekend. It's a 2012 F250 diesel king ranch with 82k miles. She's a beaut.
