NEW MEMBER Introduction Thread (NO TECH QUESTIONS)
Hello from South East NM
I just bought an 84 f150 that I want to build up some. I had to pull tumbleweed off of it so I've got my work cut out. However a new battery and a few tweaks it started and drove to the shop. First time doing this so I'm looking for lots of advice I've got thousands of questions

HI All,
I just picked my first new truck in 20 years, so far loving it. First big question.... It's a F250 crew cab, 6.2 gas. I plan on holding on to it for twenty years as I did my last. How the hell do I reduce/eliminate the rust I see on so many trucks here in the north east? Under coating, Krown undercoating?. What's best as the truck is new n should do something soon.

Just purchased a brand new 2016 Ford F350 CC.
I used to own a 2008 F250 many years ago and was as sad day when I got rid of it. Had it Spartan tuned and when I was moving to Washington State was told I would have a lot of issues on base getting it through emissions.
So had to sell and now have purchased another to play with. Will most likely go back to Spartan tuned on it once I get an idea of the emissions stuff here now that I am out of the Military and residing in Graham Washington.
Anyways hope to add value to the forums and gain knowledge from those that are doing things to their trucks.
