looking for a truck

Hello all
I'm a Emergency Management Director for a small Oklahoma town and we need a 4x4 truck ( ext. cab or SUV) to be a command unit. Does any one have something that you want to get out of you yard. we don't have much money to spend but it's for a fire department and EM department
