Passenger Door Handle?

I just got my 1960 F100...is is supposed to have a passenger side interior door handle/arm rest? It has the latch actuator lever but I don't know how crazy I am about my passengers yanking on it to slam the door.

Both the window crank and inside door handle are supposed to be there, the right side armrest was optional.

The window & door cranks are the same from 1957 thru 1966. Right/left is the same.

Good call, I just want to make sure the door is shut, since I don't understand how to lock the door from the inside!

Pushing the door handle forward locks the door.
